Erica is especially passionate about the human side of real estate. With a degree in Sociology focusing on Social Work and certification in neurolinguistic coaching, she approaches the buying and selling process with empathy, presence, and a deep understanding of life transitions. She specializes in experience-based real estate, helping clients navigate moves connected to growth, reinvention, or major milestones. Outside of real estate, Erica is inspired by the beauty and lifestyle of Southern California. She loves spending time at the beach, exploring new destinations, staying active, and enjoying life with her two children and their golden retriever. She is passionate about psychology, wellness, personal development, and empowering others through major life changes. Erica actively supports mental-health initiatives, women navigating transitions, and community causes, and she proudly leads a 2,000-member divorce support group that provides guidance and connection during life's most challenging seasons.
