You finally have options again

I’m noticing something lately with buyers

They’re not rushing

Like they’ll walk out of a showing and just say

I want to think about it

Not even because they didn’t like it

Just because they don’t feel that pressure anymore

That’s new

For a long time it was

if we don’t move now it’s gone

so people were making decisions way too fast

Now I’m hearing

let’s see what else is out there

And there actually is other stuff to see

Homes are sitting a little longer

Not forever

but long enough to go back

or compare

or just not decide immediately

That alone changes how people buy

Also buyers are starting to question things again

Price

credits

repairs

Before it was just

ok how do we win

Now it’s more

is this even worth it

But the good homes are still the good homes

If something is really dialed in

it still goes

So it’s not like you can just wait forever either

It just feels more balanced

Not easy

not slow

just not chaotic

Which honestly makes for better decisions
